"I had a great experience at LuxuryHomeOutlet. First off, they have the best prices in the internet. I could find fixtures at prices 40% less than in local suppliers. In addition, no taxes and free shipping. To place the order, I made a call to make sure all items I wanted were in stock. I was told they were, however, the order included 2 identical wall mounted faucets and they only had one. I call after receiving my order to find out about the missing item, and they said it was backordered and that I should receive it within a week. Exactly a week after, I received the remaining faucet. Also, a shower head came up with a broken trim. LuxuryHomeOutlet was happy to issue me a return authorization number, provide me a shipping label, and send me a replacement product. A week after I received the replacement that had the same piece broken. They suggested me to go over the same procedure as they had more of it in stock but to save time I called the manufacturer directly and they will be sending me the broker part only free of charge. I am really satisfied with the overall process. Carol was my customer service representative. She is the best!."
"The products I ordered, and finally received, are great. However, the customer service provided by this company was horrible. After waiting the advertised 2 weeks for delivery following notification that my order had completed processing, I was told that one of the items was on backorder. When I asked for the status on that backorder, I was told that the status would be researched and I would be notified by e-mail or phone. That notification never came. After another 2 weeks, I called again and went through the same process. This time I received a call back, and was told that the backorder should be filled within two weeks. It actually took 3 weeks. The bottom line here is that my order was placed on May 24, and I did not receive my 2 items until July 26. "

"After reading the earlier reviews on resellerratings.com I was completely paranoid about ordering our new sink from them. Turns out I was worried for nothing.
I called them to place the order instead of submitting online. I asked the salesperson to check if the sink was in stock. He said it was and he would have it shipped from NY to GA within 3 business days. Three days later we had our new sink $100 cheaper than any other store (B&M OR online).

I have ordered 2 toilets from this company on April 27th. Their website said that it was in stock. 2 weeks later, no email, no shipment, nothing. I called them, girl answered and asked to hold ... after 45 minutes on hold I hanged up, called back, but this time she didn't even ask, just put me on hold right away. I decided to dispute paypal transaction. The next day a gentlemen called and asked me to cancel the dispute. He said that they got all the items in the warehouse, and they are ready to ship. He said the item would ship out next day!!!! HE SWORE to me over the phone! I cancelled the transaction. Now it's June 6th, I got nothing!!!! No one answers my calls, emails, and I can not dispute the transaction for the second time (I did not know that). This company is a bunch of crooks, I am going to report them on RipoffReport, BBB, ConsumerReports, and every other service I can find!"
"worst customer service ever. i ordered 2 sinks. the warehouse only shipped one. it took all day for them to tell me they would ship another one. A week went by. Never provided a tracking #, nor did i receive the item. that i paid for. i was given the run around all day. They said they wouldn't be able to provide a tracking # till EOD. Turns out they lied, and never shipped the missing item till today only because i called. they never would have shipped. they are trained in the art of lying. i knew they were lying, but suggested that they try to make good and send it 2 day air so i didn't have to wait another full week. they did not. on hold for supervisor who made me hold for 15 min. hung up. they are impossible. do not do business with this company. i ordered my items on 5/11. it is almost a month that they have my $ and i don't have the product."

"I ordered a faucet from this company. They have horrible customer service. This company very rarely answers their phone. When they do, they put you on hold indefinitely, and consistently. I have not received my faucet which I ordered 12 days ago and apparently it has not been shipped yet. It was an item that they stated was in stock on their website."
"I ordered a Rohl sink grid that was recommended by a sales agent. She gave me the wrong size. When I called to complain and have it swapped, they said I had to return that and order a new one. They also didn't care that their sales person gave me the wrong information on which size to order and I was charged to ship it back on top of a 20% restocking fee. Worse yet, it took over a month to get their special RGA number to even return the order, and another month of continuously calling them every week to get them to process the return credit. I would not recommend anyone order from here ever. Horrible service and you foot the bill when they mess up."
"This is the first time I have ordered from Luxury Home Outlet. Their web page states products are shipped between 2-7 days. I ordered my
faucet March 25, 2011, and did not receive it until April 11, 2011. I was never told why it took so long. However, once it was shipped I was
able to get a tracking number from them.
The Rohl LS57L-APC-2 is a beautiful faucet and looks stunning on my new granite countertop. I ordered this faucet because it had a 10 inch reach, and I needed that far to be comfortable while standing at the new sink. I do wish one was able to control the force of the water with the sprayer like my son's Pfister does. also I have to be careful when moving the faucet from one side of the sink to the other because it will keep on going past the sink and splash water on the counter! I love this faucet but in my opinion it's way overpriced."
"I was connected to this website through Amazon. My order was confirmed and shipping confirmed. Item never arrived. No notice was ever sent, my email to the website was not answered. I called and was promised a resolution over the phone and was never contacted again. Called again and cancelled the order after a month of waiting."
