"I do not know if they are cheaters. Fact is, Europeans should not order any watches here! This company forgets to provide appropriate papers for customs and the buyer bears all the responsibility!
I ordered a watch with crocodile leather. It was forgotten to send CITES papers with the watch. The watch would have been completely confiscated because it stuck at the customs. I had to replace at least a part of the clock at my expense. The bracelet worth about 200 € stayed there.
I have paid a lot for this watch and have finally received an incomplete product!
I tried to contact seller by email. There was no reaction!
Attention! The sale was over Amazon! That makes it even harder! NEVER again do I buy a watch from this company!"

"These guys are a pain to deal with. I tried to order something and get it shipped to an alternate shipping address. Their "security" process resulted in a greater than three day delay between my order and actually shipping my item. In addidtion they repeatedly wasted my time asking me to call my credit card company to verify information that was already in their database. Lastly I found their customer service to be very slow and less than helpful if not a little surly. There's plenty of online retailers. With such a bevy of choices why pick these guys. Be smart and take your business elsewhere. "
