The latest from these clowns was a holiday listed with no availability for the whole advertsied period and then they still tried to charge a service fee. Beware they do not have any resources to service clients and they expect the client to ring to check on dates for availability. Does this sound like a good experience. Below is a moderators post re: censorship and if it is not positive it will not be posted.

I understand you are frustrated by the way you have been treated by LL's customer service. You have been able to openly discuss your frustrations in the Community over the last few months. However, I am receiving complaints from members of the Community who feel that your posts are too negative, and not of a constructive nature.
I have removed your last message, and will remove further messages if your negative tone continues. The Community is for travelers to share their travel tips and stories in a positive forum. Because this is user generated content, we understand we are opening ourselves up to potential negative reviews and comments. This is a risk we were ok with taking, because we are happy to address customer service issues that may have been overlooked.
I hope you understand where I am coming from, and I do apologize for all the issues you've had with our customer service department.
