"As someone who owns an office building since 2017, I haven’t really had any problems in handling it until 2 years ago. It was the most chaotic time of my life because of the amount of management I had to do, especially with the other safety protocols I had to add. With the previous service I hired, their janitors were occasionally skipping work, maintenance workers were almost nowhere to be found, and I almost couldn’t even keep track of the rent.

"My wife and I moved to Palm BeachCounty from Orange County. Before the move, we were looking for a home near Three Oaks. The problem was we couldn’t go and check it out ourselves because we didn’t have the time to drive all the way south. All we knew was that we wanted a two-bedroom home with a large lawn.
