"I ordered a dress from lynnbridal.com, and the dress was nothing like the one in the picture - when I asked their customer service, they said the description showed what the dress would look like (?!?!). Why put a picture of a completely different dress than what is described? That is rather misleading. Not to mention, the dress material was rather cheap and it looked cheap. Also, ignore the sales that they have on, as it seems these "sales" are always on. Before I ordered my dress, I asked when the sale was going to end. They told me until the end of the month, however it's been many months and the dress is still listed as 60% off.
I am writing this review, not only because I am an unsatisfied customer, but because I would like to warn many others out there - do not order from this site. I tried to write a review but they wouldn't let it. Now I know why they only post good reviews (of which there aren't many!)"
"Hello my name is Bobbie and I am getting married in New Zealand in July this year. I found the website Lynn Bridal and then thought about what everyone says about not buying anything from overseas sites as you don't know who you are dealing with. What I thought was to purchase a very cost effective dress and see what it looked like. I ordered it and got a reply that it would be 6 weeks and then received another email after that time stating it was on its way. It was beautifully made and exactly like the picture. I then thought because of my experience I would order another wedding dress and flower girls dress. As soon as I ordered it I received an email and 6 weeks or so I received another email saying it was on its way. Within days it arrived. I cant say enough about Lynn Bridal three dresses, on time, exactly like the pictures, made to perfection. The material used is high quality and absolutely perfectly made. My wedding dress is the most beautiful wedding dress I have ever seen. You would pay probably $2000 - $3000 NZ dollars for what I bought. Why on earth would you pay such prices when you can get better from this manufacturer. The fit is exactly as they say in the measurements. Thank you Lynn Bridal you have made my day and I cant wait to get married. I am what you could say ecstatic."
