"Received my Nine X7200 within said timeframe. Computer runs smoothly and am extremely happy.
However I had to delete the RAID partitions that came with the PC and create my own. I also had to try installing my own OS multiple times as it kept crashing (before making my own RAID partitions). I could not install all of the drivers via the driver disc and had to email the support staff for the video card driver.
The support staff emailed me in the morning, as it was after hours, and gave me the exact driver I needed. I am happy with my computer now that it is running :)

"This was my first purchase from Malibal and overall, I was very satisfied with their service. The product I received (Lotus P151HM1) is easily the best laptop I have ever owned. Everything worked right out of the box, it was shipped and received exactly when they predicted and the price was unbeatable. I have played World of Warcraft, Starcraft II and Call of Duty Black Ops on this laptop and I am easily able to play them all on ultra settings with no lag at all. This system starts up quickly, is great for multitasking, and is designed well. I love how I am able to have access to all of the parts inside with just a few screws, which is hard to find with many companies (especially access to the gpu fan). Finally, the customer service is very easy to work with. They are understanding and make any business with Malibal very easy to deal with, which is also hard to find in today world. I will always be coming back to Malibal for any future laptop purchases."
"A quick edit 1 month after warranty motherboard fried. cost a woping 495 to fix. Customer service has deteriorated even more. I will never again deal with this company, still working on getting drivers installed for they replaced the part that needed replacing. "Prior to ordering my laptop, I never heard of Malibal. After doingsome research, I found that this company, along with the user review was the right choice for me. $3k and a few weeks later, I'm very happy with my choice. I had a good number of questions and the support section was very helpful and responsive. That tip the scale in Malibal's favor as I value customer service a lot. I originally planned to get the Nine series laptop but due to problems with the MOBO, I chose to get the Satori line instead. Malibal went the extra mile and bumped my order up since I already waiting a week for the first laptop.
I received my laptop 5 days after it started the processing line. Everything works minus a small issue with the 4-pin female connector for the power. I will add that Malibal was very prompt in their inquiry about this small issue.
I will absolutely purchase another system from Malibal.
The only "problem" I have is the HUGE power brick that came with the laptop. Please please please get a new power cord. That thing is a monster."
"Last month, I was looking for a new laptop that would be built to last me throughout the rest of college. I wanted something that could play modern games on high settings and also record my band with multiple tracks and numerous effects. Not only that, but I was looking for something that looks magnificent and has an efficient cooling system. I already had a decent gaming laptop with a 1st Gen i5, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, and 1GB GTS 360M. I had been struggling to find something around my budget ($1300), until I came across a post on Reddit from /r/SuggestALaptop about MALIBAL and Clevo products. I checked out the Lotus notebook, and it was just what I needed. It had DirectX 11 capability, a great graphics card, 8GB ram, a large hard drive, and a sandy bridge i7. I thought "This is too good to be true." I was proven wrong. I came here to find reviews of MALIBAL, and was surprised by their great score. I hadn't heard of them up until I found a post about them on Reddit. Soon enough, I purchased the Lotus P151HM1 with 2 day shipping. I saved some money using their cash discount program, and gladly waited for everything to process through. Upon unboxing, I pulled out a very elegant piece of hardware, and it came with a messenger bag! Once I had it set up, it was cruising, and I never had a single complaint!! It was extraordinarily speedy and the fans were quiet (due to the efficient cooling and IC Diamond 7).
It wasn't more than 2 DAYS of having the notebook that my hard drive managed to crash. The Seagate Momentus that was installed in the notebook wouldn't let me boot to the OS. Diagnostics and Windows repair tools wouldn't fix it, and I couldn't install Linux, either. The hard drive was physically damaged after I ran diagnostics. So I grabbed an older spare (it's good to have one) and I contacted MALIBAL. I explained my situation, and they did not question the situation or my diagnosis. They e-mailed me a shipping label the next business day, but I couldn't download it because of Yahoo! antivirus servers. I asked them to send it to my Gmail instead, and they complied. I successfully downloaded and printed the shipping label and sent it out. I just got back a working hard drive (same kind), and backed up my installation to an image. After swapping the hard drives and restoring the Windows image, everything is working, and my HDD's index score went from 5.2 to 5.9.
Overall, the hardware that MALIBAL provides is magnificent. I don't think I'll buy a machine this powerful from anyone else. They have very quick customer service support and extremely convenient warranties. I'd HIGHLY recommend MALIBAL to anyone. Their score here at resellerratings is greatly deserved."

I just installed a second hdd and setup Raid 0 in about 30 minutes on dual seagate 7200 rpm 500gb hdd. This is an exceptional machine.
Pros: 4 DIMM Slots, unbeatable base price, original oem windows 7 dvd ships when ordered in addition, customer service, easy/fast access to cpu/gpu ram, and 4 SATA connections
Cons: Doesn't make coffee, screen isn't 3D capable

"The Satori was everything I had hoped and dreamed of in a gaming laptop. I had not heard of Malibal but I did extensive searching and they showed up in a google search. I read all of the reviews before I placed my order. I have to say, all of the reviews were spot on. Malibal's customer service is second to none. I had a couple of problems initiating my order, and Malibal was more than happy to respond to my inquiries, even though the fault was not theirs (had to do with limits on my debit card, truth be told).
The Satori P170HM-S1 was exactly as I had specified, came packaged well, and showed up exactly when I expected it to arrive. All told, I am MORE than pleased with this purchase. When I need to buy a replacement for this, Malibal will be my choice."
"I've had the laptop for about a week and so far I'm loving it. It's performance has surpassed my expectations and the bar I set was pretty high. Along with all the hardware that I knew came with the laptop there are many other little things that make the experience very enjoyable. I'm amazed with the little bit of heat it gives off when I have it running for an extended length of time. I knew the resolution was very good before I began using it but I didn't realize how big of a difference it would make on the quality of movies. The only negative criticism I can give is that the volume is sometimes lacking."
"I purchased a P151HM1 from Malibal. I have operated it for a couple of weeks and I am impressed with the overall quality and performance. I got a machine for $1500 that runs like most machines that are priced at $2000.
My only complaint was the customer service. The order was delayed and I was not notified that the delay was due to the hard drive. Once I found out about the delay, I asked Malibal to ship it the most expensive way to cut down on the delay. The customer service rep told me that I should just cancel the order because I was obviously going to be mad no matter what. At the time, I was not mad. I confronted him and asked if he was the owner to make such a suggestion. He was not but he was lucky that I didn't cancel the order. I knew that the product would be worth it.
All in all, Malibal makes a great laptop but they need improvement on their customer service.

"Due to the lack of GTXM video cards across North America, I was informed that my X7200 would be two weeks behind schedule. However - pleasant surprise - it arrived a week later, full loaded and ready to go. Points to Malibal for quickly resolving the video card supply issue; however, I would've appreciated a little more communication and follow-up from the sales department - I felt that I needed to chase them continually to get answers.
As far as the product goes, it has definitely met and exceeded all of my expectations. I work as an architectural specialist in the contract furniture/walls industry, and I need to not only be mobile for presentations and site visits to confirm hard dimensions, but I need to be able to quickly and efficiently modify and re-render typicals and drawings in CAD, CET and ICE software. The X7200 handles everything I can throw at it with no problems - large scale renders are just as quick as they were on my HAF932 box with an overclocked i7. My only limitation right now is the software that I use since some of it isn't optimized for Windows 7 64-bit OS yet - once I can open up to the full 12GB of RAM on this laptop I can only imagine how fast this system will respond.
Yes, the weight is an issue - I'd suggest getting one of those rolling carriers since carrying this sucker on your shoulder for extended periods of time will result in repeated trips to the chiropractor. Also, the bag that is supplied with the X7200 is pretty poor quality and I doubt it was designed to carry such a heavy laptop. I've had mine for just over a month and it's already split around the seam under the handle. However I knew what I was getting into - I was replacing my desktop graphic station with a laptop graphic station, and I knew going into it I wasn't going to be able to do that with an Acer. The other issue for me is battery life since I do wind up on sites where electrical supply can be an issue - hopefully as battery technology develops to address the needs of high-end powerful workstations like the X7200 this will no longer be an issue.
Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend the X7200 to other interior design/architectural users who need a mobile replacement for their planning and rendering workstation."
