"Hey for the record I have been doing business with M A Micro for 5 + years and my frends have too. and never had a bad dealing, they are one of the best and best prices in computers. Ann and her company have always been the best of help and sell at all the computer shows in So. Cal. they are vary big company and have a big supply of computers and parts most of the time peaple donot install part right and think they are bad! "

"MA MICRO, the worst of the worst!

Don’t shop with MA MICRO! A refurbished printer purchased from MA MICRO was DEAD ON ARRIVAL. I immediately contacted MA MICRO's customer service to return the whole package and get a full refund. However, they responded to me that they sold many like such and had no problem! They refunded only $89.00 out of $109.00. Deduction has probably been made for the return postage (they issued UPS label to me online). Is purchasing a DOA item my fault? Why I have to pay even a penny for a return of a DOA item? So, I paid $20.00 for nothing and their fault to send a DOA item!

I think they had to throw such a garbage-like printer away! However, instead of throwing such a garbage-like printer away, they sold it and made money.

Don’t shop with MA MICRO! NEVER EVER! You will lose your money for nothing, but for their greedy big mouth.

"BEST NOT TO DEAL WITH !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My last encounter makes me regret my previous purchases with this company. Service is indifferent, rude, and possibly illegal. I tried to order a new Pentium4 3.06 CPU. I went to their office where a short wait became a test of patience and trying to endure rude and indifferent sales people. Beware the locking entry door to the lobby, where they locked me in and refused to let me out after repeated request to be let out. THIS IS DEFINITELY A CASE OF FALSE INPRISONMENT. If they try this on you, you may be able to file criminal charges against them. Who know, maybe you can sue them. For me, I will avoid the place like the plague. I reccommend that everyone else do the same!!!!!

"These guys suck. First off my order of a Asus mobo took forever to process and be shipped. Once it finally arrived it didn't work. So I called them to see what they would do. First time I called whomever picked up the phone told me it wasn't his problem and hung up. The next time I called he put me on hold until I finally hung up. I ended up calling Asus and they replaced the mobo. I would not ever do business with them again and don't suggest you either"

"Very Good Venders, found them thru computer shows, very helpful, I've bought a few items over the past few years from them. I've even had a problem with a DVD player which they helped me on and it seemed like my computer was not powerful enough to use, they took back item without a restock fee, and I promptly used the refund to purchase a case. I've not tried their online/mailorder service, however if its anything like their shows then they are very good."
