Avoid this company

"Ordered an MCE OptiBay Extreme for 2011 for my MacBook Pro.

Took an excessive amount of time to get my order shipped to me. They were quick to respond to emails before I ordered anything, but after they had my money, they stop replying to multiple emails concerning my order.

Once I received the component, it installed rather easily thanks to some YouTube videos. However, it took all of 4 weeks for it to fry my logic board.

Should have just ordered the bay from OWC and taken the SATA I speed.

"I purchased a Blu Ray recorder for my Mac Pro. It intermittently shut itself off, so I emailed ****@****. After a few days, I still hadn't received a response, so I emailed the general customer service number. I've also tried calling their customer service number multiple times, and it does not provide me with voicemail. Poor service!"
