"On my 12" woofer purchase, I have yet to build the speakers I planned. "Shipping time was very good. But the items shipped did not have adequate protection. As a result of careless handling, one of the speaker baskets became damaged severely enough to warrant replacement. I have chosen to correct them myself. The shipping department needs better training or better suited handlers. This would possible get me fired at my job."

"I was so happy to see your web site. It was easy to order to place an order on it, although with the vast amount you stock a bit difficult finding what I needed. You promptly notified when my order was placed, and when it shipped. When I received the order, all the items were of good quality, in fact for the price of some they were of a much better quality than I expected. I run a small amateur radio repair business and it is very important to know what is going on with my part orders. Thank you so much for your excellent service, and for sending your fine catalog which I know is costly. I am making your store my primary source for repair, and replacement parts I need, If you stock what I need I will order from you. Your prices are excellent, your service is excellent, and thank you for asking my opinion. The only problem I did have was in finding radio microphone cords, 4, 6, and 8 conductor straight, and coiled cords, and also hand held radio microphones, Your semiconductor, resistor, and capacitor sections are easy to use but cords, and microphones, were harder to find. I am so pleased with MCM's overall service, and quality that it difficult to convey. I would rate it as 120%. Thank you LeRoy Olson owner of LeRoy Olson Radio Repair. "
