Upon opening the package, although not advertised as such, it looked like this was one of MCMs "Scratch and Dent" transformers as it had a small dent on one of the corners and the paint was coming off in a few places. While looking a little beat up, the transformer appears functional. Good price on the transformer, but shipping and handling was a bit pricey."
