"In the online ordering process, my first attempt to submit an order seemed to fail. No confirmation of the information I input, and it appeared to not have gone through.

Later that day I tried a second time, entering my account information, putting together an order similar to the first try. This time everything seemed to function normal. my second order was on its way.

I received two boxes from MCM to my billing address instead of to my shipping address. I discovered that MCM had processed and shipped both orders to my billing address. No one was looking for the shipment at my billing address.

I will need to return one of the orders. Not my idea of a clean process. MCM was suggested by another company who does a lot of business with MCM. I will inquire as to how MCM has worked for them.

I am disappointed, but will allow MCM to make things right.
