"Will never shop at MC Sports again. Purchased a Hummingbird fish finder for my dad for Fathers day. Before I wrapped it I decided to open it to make sure it would work in his situation. Well to my suprise it was a return that looked WELL used to say the least. It was dirty and scraped up. How embarrassing would that have been if I hadn't looked at it before giving it to my dad. I went back to the store to speak with the manager and he basically laughed at me and thought it was no big deal. Just said that someone must have forgot to check and offered a replacement. I said forget it and went to another store. I have never seen a manager so rude in my life. Too bad.....lost one great customer."

"I ordered a pair of rollerblades from the website, because they did not carry them in the retail store in my town. I waited over 3 weeks for them w/o receiving them. After a good 10 minutes of searching the website, I finally found a number to call. The number I called was totally automated, but I eventually got to talk to a real person. When I did get to talk to a person their response was swift. She said that MC Sports would have to file a claim with USPS and I should either receive the package or credit back on my credit card w/in 5 days. I received credit on my credit card in 3. CS was good once I got to talk to them."
