I contacted them because my package had been tampered with prior to my receiving it and it was missing one of the watches I had purchased. In no way did I accuse them or even ask for reimbursement, but they had very angry tone when talking to me and kept saying that it's not their problem. Don't ever purchase anything from here, you will only be disappointed."
