"This company has a very poor RMA policy. I had a hard drive go bad on this system (5 months old) from MD&I. The system is owned by my church, and has financial information, order of service, membership records, etc. I got the RMA for the dead drive, and asked if they would return the new drive using the same method (overnight), that I used to ship the defective one back to them. They said no - all they use is UPS Ground. DO NOT purchase form this company, ESPECIALLY IF you are a church, business, or other purchaser who would need to get your system back up quickly after a problem."
