"I did recieve the full download for this order. However, I had to download the software 6 times, along w/Winzip, and unfortuantely have not been able to get the program to work. I am extreemly disapointed in this matter. I really would like someone to contact me regarding this matter ASAP

"This seems to be a case of good customer support from lots of practice.
I tried to order an older Epox board for my aging but high dollar AGP card, but was told that all Epox boards aren't kept in stock but rather ordered and shipped directly from Epox.
Because of this, I asked if a different board that MDofPC did not list could be ordered, and if not, to cancel my order.
No reply, just a charge that showed on my CC and sure enough, the board that I didn't really want but DID initially order showed up at my door.
I have the emails to show that I did request a different board or nothing at all, but they still deny any responsibility. I had to eat a restocking fee.
Steer clear of these guys, at least for hardware."

I have found a very unique computer part with them, for a very good price. I have ordered it on Dec 24, 2006 and until the new year I did not get any shipping info, or even purchase completed e-mail summary. The only message was sent to me via Google check-out, that my card was charged x amount of dollars. I called them a week after the purchase, and I was told that the unit won't be shipped until next week. ( Jan. 2007 )
Today I got the unit - Jan 05, 2006, so it has been a while since the order date.
The good thing was that after I placed the purchase ( about 8 days after ), I got a coupon for 10% off, and I asked them if the could refund me the difference. They did it immediately, I think like this same hour or so, so it was nice to see that they are prompt with this kind of stuff.
The only thing that I am not satisfied with it was the speed of the service. Plus their website looks like a "cheap software" fraud place, but I think they are legit ;)

"On Sunday November 20th I was looking for a downloadable copy of Windows XP Pro. So I went to Google and found MDofPC. The price was great $64.99 so I took a chance and went ahead with the purchase. I have Road Runner Cable Modem with 5mbps and I used my MasterCard. I think it took about 5 hours but I was able to download the OS with no problem. The next day Monday November 21st I got an email from MDofPC with the Product Key. I installed the OS and entered the Product Key and everything worked great! I was and am very satisfied with the product and the way it was delivered to me and will buy from MDofPC again. Based on my experience I would encourage any one to do business with MDofPC. "Company sold product that completely fails to deliver. When I called they acknowledged this, and the guy I spoke with offered to send a replacement product that actually works. They eventually made good on that promise. However, the product they sent as a replacement was a very out-of-date product which I found out when I called the product technical support desk. I downloaded the up-to-date product from the product's own web site and was able to perform the function required. Bottom line: A lot of wasted time and effort."

I only ordered a few items on the first order to test them out as the description had no real specifications. My items arrived in a reasonable time and were packed very well (second order). "This is my first order. I received exactly what I ordered. It was packed adequately and arrived in good shape. I did call them 12 days after placing my order as their estimated ship date passed 5 days prior. The phone was answered promptly and I was courteously handled. "Good experience. I ordered software for download. Although I was told that I'd receive e-mail with the registration key, none was forthcoming. With a long holiday weekend, my response e-mail wasn't answered until Sunday - when I was given a link to my registration key.
The key was on my receipt page and either was not there originally or I just missed it (light blue on a white background). Either way, I have the key and all is well.

"If you look at their Terms of Service, it states "Some products may be substituted by us or our distributor for the closest item available or newer model." Their page on Warpstar, which was removed after I complained, did not mention that it was on back order or give any hint that it would be substituted, and instead of warning me, they just sent me a completely different card. The card had was from a different company, did not have 802.11a support, and had a different chipset, which is very important to Linux users. I got an RMA and was told that I would be getting the correct card. When they received their card back, they refunded me the price of the card, but forced me to pay both shipping charges, even though they had not sent me the correct product."
