I've been buying workstation PCs for my company here for a couple of years now and expect to do so in the future; configuration options are better than can be found from most other sources and the prices of assembled systems compare favorably to what the components alone might cost locally. There have been a couple of (minor) order problems but they've always been worked out to our satisfaction (wish I could say that about every remote vendor!)
I can't speak to how they handle warranty situations since we have yet to experience a failure.
