"I placed an order on a weekend, and the order was charged the following Monday. A week later it had not shipped. Tuesday (8 days after charge) I called to check on the status, they assured me it would ship that day. Wednesday I called to check the status, they said it would ship the following day. I asked about what they'd told me previously, and they transferred me to the factory. Factory told me it would possibly ship on Friday, but maybe the following Monday. They charge $100 for order cancellation, so I'm going to have to wait and see. Who knows when or if I'll get my order filled. I certainly won't be buying from them again!
