"This is a scam and you will not get anything back from Mimi Online Store. I have reported to Paypal; but, don't know why they allow this scam company to take money (paypal sends the money to them even after complaints). I have also reported them to BBB; however, don't think they will take any action. I am waiting for written reports from both paypal and BBB before I contact law/internet/fcc for their assistance. Again, I think in good ole USA it is easy to steal because these organizations are there to protect each other and the corrupt and not the comsumer; you know, like the bar for attorneys. "DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! My biggest problem was that it installed malware on my computer and got information that resulted in a package being sent to my home in my name by paid for by some unknown person. Fortunately that transaction was through PayPal or they may have gotten my credit card number! I did receive the modem from a different company (odd, right?), but like others, they never claimed their money from PayPal and no phone was returned regarding the malware. Saddest part is, I did check reviews but must have found the reviews for other sites with the same name."
"DO NOT BUY from this Seller! They don return emails or phone messages and you always go to voicemail when you call. They never shipped my item 9 days after I ordered and don not respond when contacted. I filed a complaint with Paypal and within 2 minutes of my claim I received an email from them that my order status was "Reversed" so not sure what kind of scam company this is but buyer beware. I am in the process of getting them shut down."

Thanks to previous reviewer's post, I could reclaim my money from Paypal.
They could not accept money, probably because they are not registered in Paypal.
Lesson: Do not buy the product from unconfirmed website, even if they advertise with lower price than any other well-known sellers."
"Do not buy from this store, it is some kind of weird scam. I bought an item from them for about 25% off of retail. After about a week of hearing nothing I tried to contact them via both email and their contact phone number. They never answered any of my several emails and the calls always went to voicemail. The voicemail system was a standard voicemail greeting, "Please leave a message for 321..." It made no mention of the company or anything.
Another oddity about this company is that upon checking my PayPal account they had never claimed the money that was sent for the order. I canceled the order through PayPal and bought the item from an actual reputable retailer instead. "
