I requested a return via the instructions in the e-mail and never heard back from anyone. I attempted to request a return again with the same results. "I've ordered from MINI of Kennesaw more than several times: their prices are more than comparable with after-market websites and I'm getting OEM parts! Shipping is interesting in that you cannot select a shipping method and, sometimes the cost seems exorbitant ("shipping & handling" for 4 spark plugs shipped from GA to NJ = $20.95). But overall the ordering experience is trouble free; and the parts are received in good order and in a reasonable time-frame!
The main reason for the 4 star rating is Customer Service. I received one order and it was missing one part...no big deal. However, I could not get an answer from them as to its status! Following their email instructions, I responded to their "update" email questioning the status of that last part and received no reply. So, I sent another email...still no reply. So, then I went onto their website and sent them a message about the status of this part...STILL no reply! I finally called them and they advised me that the part was, in fact, ready to be shipped.
Customer Service is important to me. They billed me for that part...I had hoped that they would have been concerned enough to reply to at least one of my messages.
But, again and most often, shopping with MINI Parts of Kennesaw is a pain-free experience."
