NOT REFUND MY MONEY

"I send back to them my package for a refund, and they claimed that not received, so they refuse to give back my money."

Appalled

"May 18th I placed my $125 order and happily paid for express shipping. I appreciated receiving an e-mail from "customer care" notifying me that my order has been delayed. Fast forward a week and I receive an extremely unprofessional voicemail from Skynet, claiming that I have to pay for duties (which I would have been willing to pay for if I didn't pause to look up both Missguided & Skynet's awful reviews.) Skynet only allows for you to pay the expensive custom fees over the phone or through their website which is NOT secure. Needless to say, I am not comfortable with this unprofessional situation. Missguided's customer care only replied to me to reiterate that their website states "there are customs fees TBD by their courier"; that's fine, but then they add that if I chose to have my package shipped back to warehouse, they will charge me for not only the customs fee but also the cost of shipping. In the end, I either pay ANOTHER $100+ in fees to receive a package arguably not worth that price, or I have my package returned before even receiving it (only to have $100+ of my original $125 deducted for my refund.) Please don't waste your money. Unless, of course, you are a Youtuber, because I am sure you'll receive your package with no issues in a matter of DAYS. "

they lost my package and will not refund my return

"I returned items back for a refund 2 weeks ago and 2 days ago i got in touch with them because i never got a refund. They are telling me they have not received my package. According to my tracking number- they did successfully received it. they are asking me to provide the "proof" of delivery and tracking number - which i no longer have because this was 2 1/2 weeks ago. SO basically i lost 86$. they will NOT refund me and what irritates me the most- they will NOT ADMIT their mistake of loosing my package. They are completely disorganized. one customer service advisor says one thing- another one says something different. they deserve less then a 1 star. "
