"I received half of my order, a Windows XP Pro OS with activation key very quickly. I ordered on Saturday and received it Monday. I was very pleased with that part of the order. However, the XP Drivers software did not arrive. After several e-mails and two phone calls (a very nice lady called me) I was told their supplier was supposed to drop ship the software to me. I requested a refund and my debit card was credited within 24-hours. I will buy from them again and understand what happened. I recommend them to anyone needing an OEM operating system with activation key. The XP Pro performed a clean install on my desktop without any problems."
