Shortly after that I received an email stating that I would be receiving a full refund and were shipping me Win7 Pro for free. I received the software within a week of that review. ordered software dvd from missionsofts.com on September 15, 2013. today is October 6, 2013 and still no delivery.

was told on September 26, 2013 by missionsofts.com that a replacement shipment had been sent, however missionsofts.com failed to provide any tracking information to assure that a shipment of the product had actually occurred.

when contacting missionsofts.com by telephone on October 4, 2013 missionsofts.com offered to give a user key code over the telephone. why would missionsofts.com offer a user key code if the software dvd was already in the mail?

bottom line - no delivery of product ordered from missionsofts.com

Now the product is on backorder? This is a new excuse. How can missionsofts.com offer a user key over the telephone if the product is on backorder? The missionsofts.com website showed that there were 12 copies of the software dvd in current stock when the order was placed.

By the way, from whom does missionsofts.com backorder Office 2010?
