"Sent me a UT7 ink set upon install worked fine for 1/2 a print then started spitting ink all over the paper. After that my printer is telling me that Magenta and Light magenta is empty. I also got a note from the post office stating that I owed them 54 cents. I really needed this ink set and had planned on buying a lot more from them, but unless this is resolved very quickly I will have to find some one else. "

"place order on the 24th December. Received confirm that same day. I had not received my order on the on the the 3rd of January, I sent an e-mail asking about my order. Got an immediate reply giving me a tracking # and an estimate arrival. Received order on Tuesday the 6th of Jan. My dissatisfaction is that if I hadn't inquired about the order I still would not have had delivery."

"Terrible, I repeat, Terrible customer service and business ethics. I placed an order and was notified there would be a 1 week delay due to it being backordered. OK, I can understand with the holidays this is possible. It's now been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't been notified that my order has shipped. Unlike Amazon who charges you when your order ships, InkSupply.com was quick (next day) to charge my card even though my order hasn't shipped!! I was extremely reluctant to place an order with a company such as this. Now, I wish I never would have.

It's my understanding the company was outstanding under previous ownership (prior to 2010). However, since being purchased by Roberto and Justin things have really slid. Guys, the number one rule for a successful business is to keep your customers happy. From my experience and many others, this appears to be last on your list and as long as the orders keep coming in that's all you're concerned about. Shoppers beware, this company's business philosophy does not have us (the consumer) in mind!!
