When I opened the package, the first very unusual thing I noticed was the obvious smell of washing detergent coming from the bag where it was packed. Usually, brand new things don't smell like washing detergent, they smell like a product that is coming from the manufacture.
When I took it out, at the first look this Gi looked used, I went back on the website and checked do they sell it used or new and it appears they only sell brand new products which even made me more confused since this Gi is definitely used.
The more I started to check it, the more things I noticed. There is discoloration from washing around red string reflecting on white pants as you can see it in the attached picture. This discoloration can only happen from washing red with white material. The tag is definitely not looking like is from the brand new product as its claimed. Also, it was extremely wrinkled and it did not have strength as the brand new product made from cotton that was never used or washed before.
Thinking by logic, if this product is coming from manufacture in the UK in an original package like the gentlemen I spoke with said, according to the space in the bag there was no way to get wrinkled if it was packed in the original manufacturer.
I would expect for $147 to be brand new, to be honest.
Before sending an email I called 2 times and spoke with gentlemen that said he owes this company for 12 years and this never happened before and not just that he did not provide any customer service, his attitude was that I am wrong and even made a comment that I might wash it. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service. Also, according to your FB reviews, this is not happening the first time in 12 years. Also, the gentleman told me that he will refund me money and block my account. This company is ONE BIG JOKE. Don't order from here."

"The shirt itself was a bad fit. It had narrow shoulders, needed to be hemmed at the bottom when it arrived due to it being about 5" longer than any comparable shirt in the same size I own, and the logos/art were already faded even still "new" in the plastic it came shipped in.
The actual company (mmaoverload.com) itself was abysmal at its best and notifications interaction were non-existent. It took this company over 4 weeks to ship my order. This was only after 2 weeks of waiting and another week and a half of trying to contact these elusive people in customer service to see why I was paying for goods I never received. No emails no confirmation numbers or anything of the sort to see where my order stood. The only thing I had was an invoice number and a bill. finally when I was finally able to get ahold of someone I was told that 1 item was on an "indefinite backorder". So, why are you advertising something you don't have? I ended up cancelling the 1 item they shipped the others, and I still ended up paying for the cancelled shirt that I still don't have 2.5 months later."

They told me that I could ship it back to them and get a refund but the shipping charges are expensive and honestly the size is very misleading ! Im not happy at all ! "The worst customer service possible! I wish I would have read numerous negative reviews about this store before dealing with them. Ordered "American Fighter Serve and Protect Long Sleeve Shirt". Instead received a cheap short sleeve version. My numerous attempts to contact customer service via e-mail or phone to arrange a return / exchange were useless. E-mails were never replied and nobody never answered the phone. Ordering from MMAOverload is like a gamble. If you are lucky and get the item that matches the description, and fits in size, than you are fine. If you are not so lucky, than you are in trouble and stuck with the useless item. No chance to return or exchange, especially, when it's theirs mistake. My strong advice is stay away from this site."
"Horrible customer service I ordered a Shock Doctor womens core short with pelvic protector was sent a totally different product after paying an additional $10 in Duties to Canada and they sent me Shock Doctor women's loose fit hockey short with pelvic protector. Did not respond to my emails so I called and the person lied to me and said they renamed the product to not "confuse" customers. I even attached the two products from Shock Doctor as they are two totally different products and they were not renamed. One is tight fitting more like a compression short and looks like neoprene the other is mesh. Then they said send it back to them at my cost. REALLY"
"I saw a couple of unfavorable reviews and felt that I needed to add a comment of my own. I've used MMA Overload for a number of years and have never had a problem. Their selection of walkout tees and gear is second to none and shipping is very competitive. I had to use customer service one time (they have their phone number written at the top of the webpage) and they were both polite and helpful."

I ordered a hoodie on the 1st, it was listed as in stock and I paid for it. 2 weeks later I still had not received anything from them so I emailed them only to get a reply stating it was out of stock and they could send me a smaller size or refund my order. If I wanted a smaller size I would have ordered a smaller size!! You would think if an item was back ordered they would let you know and not wait until you emailed them to let you know. I had asked for a refund but didnt receive one until I filed a dispute with paypal. Sorry I can not comment on the quality of their merchandise but I never received anything from them but poor service. "
