I have ordered for two years and second year (this year) I ordered early. Still disappointed. Order accepted, then I was sent an email by Debra Schwartz confirming my order was in fact still on and items sent. Only to find now, the order was cancelled several days later. I use this word cautiously, but is MMO a scam? The Masters is built on integrity…MMO Golf does not follow that tradition.
I know they are making almost triple markup on all items. I get it. Accepted. Ordered. You would think they could get it right.

"Called before placing my order and spoke with a customer service rep who "absolutely guaranteed" me that my product (Golf Chairs) would arrive before we left for Augusta/Masters tournament. They did not. It's been a nightmare attempting to return them. Slow responses, confusing instructions, no return labels, and I'm left paying over $50 just for MMOGolf to take the chairs back. Not to mention, MMOGolf chairs are over 3x what we paid for the identical chairs at Augusta. Horrible, horrible experience. "

"I ordered from them last masters (2019) multiple times and I received all of my orders. I just made a pre-order for the 2020 masters for their buying service for this year. I had to call their customer service because I wanted to see if they would drop off my order at my hotel in Augusta and they said yes they could do that for me, that's what prompted me to write this review, very friendly."
"I ordered a baby gift from their 2019 Masters merchandise and waited 10 days without hearing any shipping info and finally called. "Mackie" stated the item I ordered was out of stock. I asked why I wasn't contacted to let me know and he said they were extremely busy, however he answered my call on the third ring, without being put on hold. Hmmmmmm. Upon further discussion with him, I found out they send patrons into the tournament and have them purchase as many items as possible and then jack up the prices and resell on their site, basically just a glorified e-bay store. They are not affiliated with the Masters tournament in any way and do not have the permission of the Augusta National Golf Club to sell Masters tournament merchandise. Be better and do better, MMO golf. If you can't match the level of service the Augusta National provides its patrons, you shouldn't profit from their merchandise. "

I ordered a 2017 PGA Championship Pin Flag from MMO Golf on 4/11 that was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 days. MMO went ahead and posted the charge against my credit card on 4/12 prior to even shipping the item. On 4/19, I called to find out where my order was.
They advised that they did not have the item in stock and tried to convince me that the credit card charge was only pending which was false. I gave them until COB to find another flag but within an hour they simply cancelled my order and refunded the credit card charge.
There is no telling what would have happened if I had not called. According to the guy that answered the pone they were working thru a list of people they had done the same thing to.
That is not the kind of business I would want to do business with.
BTW, I found another flag in 15 minutes for $10 cheaper and half what they wanted for shipping.

"I ordered two shirts from MMO Golf about a week ago on Tuesday of Masters week. I was concerned when my order had not shipped out within a week, so I emailed them yesterday. They told me that they had sold out of one of the shirt sizes that I had ordered. This is outrageous. They say that they fill their orders on a first come, first served basis and if they did it this way then I should have gotten my shirt. I called them to ask about the shirt size being out of stock (it was still listed as in stock on the website) and they said it was actually out of stock and that they had not yet updated the website. So they had been sold out of this size for a week and never bothered to update the website? Also, another thing that bothered me was that I had to be the one to ask why my order had not shipped. The company never bothered to tell me my shirt size was out of stock and I had no communication with them until I was the one contacting them. I canceled my order today because I knew that something else would probably go wrong in the time that these idiots got it together and actually shipped it. My experience with MMO Golf has been deplorable and I will never order anything from their website again."
"I ordered merchandise from this company. When I received my merchandise, it was the wrong item. The packing slip had the correct item listed that I ordered but the item itself in the package was wrong. Not an issue. Mistakes happen. However, I have called this company and have left several messages and have not received a return call to fix the issue. Have also sent an email to support and and not received and responses. Probably not the best customer service so would be careful when ordering from mmogolf.com unless you do not mind receiving what you did not order then enjoy."
