"Markus was very helpful but it took a long time to find the right web site then get into it to do what needed to be done to turn off the notifications. What he could not help me with and said I needed to call again or he could transfer me, but wasn't willing to do it at the time because we had already been on the phone a long time. My question is, why do we get charged more every few months and we're not even told about it ahead of time 'til I am surprised to see my monthly bank statement showing the increase? None of the other alarm services charge this month yet ours keeps going up and we've been long-standing customers. Seems to me us long term customers should get a break! Pls advise."

"We had an alarm go off. Both my wife and I receive so many junk calls on our cell phones. As a result we do not answer calls from 800 numbers. It would be helpful if when you call the Caller ID identified YOU. Only when our daughter called us did we know we had a problem."
