"My general experience with Moni is not good. Prior to scheduling service, I was offered a promotion that includes $30 monthly fee for the first 12 months and a amazon echo. I called in the first 3 months because the story kept changing every month of when the $30 promotion will actually take effect. I was told after 30 days then 60 days then 90 days by 3 different representatives. The fourth representative finally gave me credit for the first 3 months and input my promotional amount to $30. I also was told I would receive an echo after 60 days. That never happened, I never received the echo at all. I was referred by my mom and she never received her refer a friend credit. All in all, my general experience with customer service has not been good."
