"Ordered a complete car computer from them, not pre-built they merely sent the components to me.

They shipped all of the items in one box, excluding the case. There was no cushioning between any of the items. The problems I had are as follows:

1. Memory was not shipped, had to call them to get it sent to me.
2. Slimline DVD drive was DOA. They put the fragile drive in a tiny blue plastic bag and when I opened the package the bezel was already knocked off.
3. HDD was merely in antistatic bag, no other protection whatsoever.

It's embarrasing that a company would even bother sending items in such disarray, pure stupidity. I honestly would never order from here again, I suggest you save your money and go elsewhere."
