"As others have commented, nothing much happened after ordering. The amount charged from my credit card was incorrect, and after two weeks I still hadn't recieved any confirmation as to delivery etc.
However, when I contacted them (by e-mail) and complained about this, they responded very rapidly, and even placed a telephone call to me to assure me that things would now evolve swiftly. This impressed my since I live in Europe.
After that the package was sent with EMS global express the day after, and arrived in Europe three days later.
So even thoug the start was a bit rocky, the buying experience was improved in the end. And they do have low prices, new products and international shipping.
I would use them again, but I would start complaining a bit earlier the next time."
"After placing an order and chasing two weeks later I finally recieved a tracking number. I was advised the product would be shipped to the distribution centre in Atlanta and I would have it within 10 days. Three weeks on after more harasment I have been advised the product was lost in transit (to the distrubution centre) and they will have to send a new one.
It is interesting that their chipping policy only covers the goods for 30 days from the date of purchase yet you do not get the product until the 30 days has expired (assuming it ever arrives).
I have now cancelled the order and started a dispute with Visa. Pending whether the money comes back to me I will be taking this further as it is the worste service experience I have ever had.

i have just had a refund from mp3mall for 444 dollars against the original charge of 458 dollars so i guess i was lucky compared with some of the comments i have seen."

They have my money and I have nothing. I wish I'd never placed the order.

Low and behold - now my item is apparently not in stock, which is odd considering they'd told me it left.
I have complained to Paypal and to the Internet Fraud Dept. of the IFB and emailed this joke of a company daily.
They have since emailed to say that I will be refunded although looking at other posts on here I don't hold out much hope. I hope this "company" gets closed down. I think it is a one-man job in place purely to rip people off.
