"Good navigation on the webite with very simple instructions to follow and pretty clutter free. The order process was simple and information provided was clear.

However, estimate of when products will arrive and be shipped out from Hong Kong was rather inaccurate, and updates/changes to the date were not conveyed to me. For example, I bought a Fiio e17 which is now available for sale on the site(it was previously on pre-order), but I've not received updates as to when it will be shipped via Fed-Ex.

Bought a HM5(love these babies to bits, for ULTIMATE accuracy, look no further) which was also on pre-order, and although it was supposed to be available mid-march, I had to email support, only to have them respond by saying it will arrive in Hong Kog by late march. Notifications were supposed to be sent to customers, but I received no news at all till my email was sent out.

Its fine and completely understandable when such excellent products run out in inventory and has to be pre-ordered, but I think updates to product availability and arrivals should be made to each customer who has pre-ordered and are on the customer list. We want to, and need to know the status as we eagerly anticipate our products, and its quite frustrating to have to go to the website only to find out the dates have been changed, and we have not been informed."

Good. Ordering process was fast. No problem, I didn't have to contact MP4nation for anything (although there was a time where the shipment was "stuck" for a long time... but I have had that happened to me before.) Took about two weeks and a half for the headphones I ordered to arrive. I live in Ontario, Canada. Might be faster if you're in Vancouver...?

Ordered the SoundMagic E30. Basically, coming from the JVC Marshmellows and MEElec M6 (and Denon ah-d1001) I love them. (Not an audiophile. I listen from an unamped iPod 2G). In this review I will compare them using the Marshmellows as a reference.

Forward, to me a balanced bass and treble, and sufficient mids. It's true that I am coming from more-bass heavy brands... but that seems to be the sound preference for a lot of popular public brands. If you are looking for a step up, THESE are it. Lady Gaga's "Starstruck" just came up as I am typing this... and I can say that they hit the first few low hits perfectly fine. In fact... because it's cleaner than the other low-level IEMs I just meantioned, it seems to hit even harder without being as "slow" to retract.

Isolation is okay. Not as good as the Marshmellows, but not too bad, particularly since you can just push them back into your ears easily (since they are over-the-ear, they don't fall to the ground even if they weren't inserted properly and come loose.) They are perfectly comfortable for me, the smallest tips they came with fits fine for me.

Microphonics (annoying cable noise when it hits your clothing or whatever) is low. Nonexistent from the plug to the y-split. And relatively low after the y-split (no noise generally, unless you hit it.) If you have the marshmellows, it's the same.

The wire is thinner than the Marshmellows. I hope the build quality is good, since I bring my earphones wherever I go... I'm pretty casual/rough with them. But it's not the flimsy kind that just magically tangles itself (the ones that really cheap earbuds use).

Anyway, considering where I am coming from in terms of headphones, I am extremely pleased with them. If you're a casual listener who wants to upgrade... these are great.

"I have received my BRAINWAVZ Beta IEM Earphones w/ In-Line Microphone, 3 days ago - so my earphones should not yet been burn-out (or what is this term, I'm no audiophile;). But to be honest i had two small shocks - first, when opening the package - it looked dirty cheap and, after reading about the amazing quality for the money I quickly became very aware, that one should should be a bit skeptical what one reads on the net - the other shock was when i put it in my ears - when my hopes were crushed by the package - the sound _IS_ amazing! These are the best sounding earphones that I ever had (not that i had any extremely expensive ones:). So far extremely happy .The build quality could be better though - the wire looks too thin, the mic looks like it could break any minute, and as i use it in my smart phone - the 45c angled plug is out of place - but, maybe it's just my prejudices - hadn't I knew that this is Chinese company, maybe I wouldn't be so picky:) - Anyway, with all my 'critique' - I will buy them again for my wife
