Tried for 5 days now to get a hold of support with no response. Also, be careful of what you buy here. As most of these units are Chinese and to update firmware for them is not all that clear. You would think that they would post a clear and concise way to updated these units."

"My Fiio E10 just arrived a few days ago. It works, but I'm going to ask in the head-fi forums whether it needs burn-in. The gain switch makes stuff louder, but I can't tell the difference between 16/44 and 24/96 music. My high-impedance headphones are burned in, so maybe there's still a problem with my E10 driver settings. Then again, I'm new to high-quality audio. I mean, I'm sure the bass boost works, but I can't hear that either."

"I purchased a Nationite Midnite A81e for $250 which is about $249 more than its worth. it took over a month and a dozen phone calls to finally receive the tablet. The unit failed to work out of the box, which took me a week to fix, and the buttons need to be pressed through the device to respond. There is absolutely no support and the tablet is so full of bugs it is, more or less, useless. when I contacted MP4Nation, I was told to "check the forum", and "I'm sorry but we don't offer support for firmware". If you are going to buy a device, you should Google the device/website for issues and complaints. If I did, I would have found an endless sea of complaints and issues. my advice, save your $ and buy a name brand device (Samsung, Motorola, Apple, etc...) bottom line terrible website, even worse support, and a completely useless device."

"I purchased a FiiO E10 on Pre-order #2. I just received it and it works wonderfully :) The sound is very clear and gets plenty loud. Setup was a breeze. One of my favorite features is that it will output sound to the line out and the headphone out at the same time.
My only quibble is that the headphone jack is a little on the wobbly side... works just fine but does not inspire confidence for longevity.

Now about MP4 Nation. As I said earlier this order was a pre-order. I am not sure exactly what happened but from surfing other sites I discovered that FiiO was delayed making a second batch. So my pre-order on Oct 25 shipped on the 26th of Nov.

Now I don't mind waiting for someone to hand build my product at all. What got me a little was the lack of communication from MP4 Nation. I have worked in sales and everyone is ok waiting as long as their salesperson keeps them informed on the progress or status. Next time just shoot out an email explaining the situation and I am sure no one will be upset.

Delivery from Hong Kong was very fast tho took about 5 days!!!"
