"Shipping took about a month, but it's free, so there's really not much to say. What I found infuriating was that the product took about a week to be shipped from the post office to out of China, so it's not mp4nation's fault; it's Hong Kong Post's. As for service, I don't really have much to say. I didn't experience any problems with the transaction so I didn't deal with customer service.
I bought the Brainwavz ProAlpha during the pre-order sale with a 5% discount code so I spent $28 CDN. It is indeed more focused on bass and the mids rather than the treble (I probably would have been more pleased with the M1, but the M1 was more expensive during the sale). Overall it is a pretty good deal, but you must decide your preferred genre of music before you go out and buy a set.
