2. After 3 inquiries, I have received a "sorry" e-mail detailing that the order was shipped via HK post, rather than the ordered (and paid for) Express shipping.
3. Requested re-ship via EMS
4. Got again impatient on Jul 6-ish.
5. Was re-assured that the order was shipped again: EA093343632HK
6. Neither of the two tracking numbers were confirmed as valid by HK post / EMS.
7. Got my refund
