"I purchased a small mp3 player, when it arrived it did not work so I did the obvious thing by contacting their customer service they said that they would return it but that I would need a number that I had never been given, so I asked them for it three times fot it however they kept closing the support ticket and finally deleted it, when I wrote them later they said that there was not even a record of my RMA request and the ticket I had filed looking back had been deleted. They just kept saying that seemingly made-up number that they don't keep on file. They also when asked for the number said my packaged had shipped, and then later they kept changing there story well you only filed one ticket, yes thats right you filed two tickets. They just keep saying since you don't have your confirmation number or something like that there is nothing we can do. I have contacted them repeatedly since but have only obtained similar responses."

"I ordered a pair of IEMs (Soundmagic MP21) from MP4Nation because it was the cheapest place I could find, and shipping worldwide was free. I received the package a couple of weeks later and there was no problem with the product.
Only downside is that the package was heavily damaged during transportation the product itself didn't suffer so it's not a big deal, but if I have to order something more expensive I'll choose premium shipping or order from another website.
