"MP4 Nation has a nice selection of quality audio equipment from emerging/known audio makers from all around the world. The prices are great and customer service is top notch for an online company. The order process is very streamlined and I got updates at each step (confirmation, shipped, received). I would order from them again should I need other audio gear. One thing to note is that since they are China, it will take 1-2 weeks for the Air Mail to come through if you use regular shipping. If you need something quick, it's best to order from their USA/Europe site."

"This is for my third order from MP4Nation. While I was still able to receive my order, I am disappointed with the manner in which my order was processed & the time it took Customer Service to send out a replacement.

I placed my order on July 3. I was taken back, though, when I found out a few days later that my package was sent from Hong Kong all the way to Singapore first, THEN from Singapore to the Philippines. I didn't understand why Customer Service chose to prolong the delivery process, instead of using the tried-&-tested delivery process (via Hong Kong Post directly to the Philippines). Besides, the longer a package spends in transit, the more prone it is to getting lost.

Over a month later, my package hasn't arrived. When I complained to Customer Service, it took them ONE MORE MONTH before finally deciding to send a replacement. In all, I waited for OVER THREE MONTHS before I received my order. Please note that during the entire time, Customer Service NEVER made any effort to appease me by making up for all this aggravation. It also took Customer Service a couple of days (on certain instances) before replying to my messages.

My review is not meant to smear MP4Nation's reputation. I will still continue to patronize you. I just hope that in the future, you will first consider the proximity between countries before deciding on the postal service that you will use. Also, showing a little sensitivity & proactive service to an unhappy customer would go a long way."
