"I ordered a pair of SoundMAGIC PL30 earphones. Delivery estimate is quite off, but I wasn't in a hurry so I'll let it go.

The earphones that I received are great, but the accessories are not as advertised: no hard case (only a soft leather one), no cable winder, only 6 pairs of tips (instead of the listed 7), no manual (which makes the bass knobs on the PL30 a mystery).

I contacted the store, and they replied within minutes blaming lack of communication from SoundMAGIC, who is making changes (presumably to cut costs) on their old products. Still, disappointing that the resolution was pretty much a "too bad, better luck next time"."

"Took a while to arrive to but as it was free postage all the way from Hong Kong to Canada can't complain. Was able to track it door to door as well. Bought Fiio E7+E9 combo with Brainwavz M3 plus a Fiio L3 line-out iPod cable. Well packaged products and they give a top notch portable and home-based audio system for headphone listening. Also much the cheapest place I saw online. Very pleased Overall!"

The package inside was totally wet, water was inside the factory packaging too, but to my luck, earphones was in working state.The quality of sound very good, but building no. Problem is in constantly self unscrewing metal pads, so its need to be careful and look after it. "
