"MPD parts did warranty service for my computer for 2.5 months! I've had 7 technicians in my house to fix the computer. Unfortunately I have to say only ONE possesed knowledge needed to perform his job. It was very frustrating experience. Customer service was rude and insulting in 80%! "

The big warehouse headquarter in "Miami" by pass many competitors and shows they real presence in the business! "
"I had a good experience with this company. I needed a floppy drive for a Presario 1220 laptop and I saw they had 20 in stock, but 17 refurbs and 3 new. Strangely they were all marked the same price. But since they had the lowest price I could find [they beat Compaq by $83.], I ordered a new one. It arrived 3 days later in an original Compaq box, in an oem a/s bag. I believe it is a new one and it worked. I'll buy from this company again."
"This company has great products, but the poorest customer service imaginable. In my case I ordered a system board with a core exchange. It took over 30 days, phone calls, and many emails before I got my core charge credited back. Their web site prices continually fluctuate, too, which is deceptive. After I ordered, their Web site price fluctuated twice, at a lower amount than I paid. Once it was $100 less, and then later, it went $40 less. I was given the $100 back after I complained. Further, sometimes they completely ignored my emails, other times they answered them. Frankly, I don't know how they stay in business if they treat their customers this way. I'm glad to be clear of them. Avoid them at all costs@!@@!! "
