"On Mar 5th I ordered a canon 50mm 1.8 ef lens from MPN shopping. On Mar 7th my credit card was charged. On Mar 9th I received an email stating my order was processing. On Mar 20th I received an "auto-generated email" that does not receive replies stating that the item was temporarily unavailable and they had authorized a refund of my order and to check my account after 10 days. A second email on that same day said my order was "on hold". On Mar 24th I received a refund confirmation from MPN. On Mar 27 after writing to tell them that I had not received a refund, they told me to contact my bank giving them certain codes they provided to ask them to process my refund, which I did, at the same time I pointed out that this item which they don't have was still posted on their website. I rec'd another email on March 31st stating the order was "completed", that they had removed the item from their website and would contact me when it was in stock and give me a discount coupon. It is April 12th, and I have still not received my refund although I have written my bank twice. I have called MPN's phone number a number of times (a google phone) but have never been able to get anyone.It is April 12th and I have no lens and no refund. The item is still listed on the website where it says there are 3 in stock but there is a small note below the item saying not to order it and that the item would be removed shortly dated Mar 25th. However if you click on it, you can still put it in your cart and purchase it. Very unprofessional. I wonder when I will get my refund..."
