"Poor service. I place an order for memory. They came back stating that my order was invalid as the memory I order they stated would not work with my motherboard (when I did not even tell them what my motherboard was). So they cancelled my order and then try to sell me memory that was 50 percent more in price.

This tells me that they are NOT customer orientated and only want to sell you parts at high prices.

I would never even try to purchase anything from these people again."

"I have had very good luck with ms4me in the few times I have ordered from them. They do business like all the discount RAM dealers on the web with one major difference. No bait and switch. While they ship their Dimms in bubble wrap through the snail mail. They send out very compatible sticks. Most other discount RAM dealers have their cheap RAM as being some obscure DIMMS that are only guaranteed compatible with some obscure chipset that noone uses, so they can then sell you something more expensive over the phone. I cannot comment on their customer service since I have not had to use it. On this particular order I got a USB pen drive. It was much nice than the one they had pictured on the site, and came with a neckstrap and extra cap, all i expected was an OEM drive by itsself.

A note to reseller ratings employees: I noticed that there are two locations on your website for this seller. one listed under MS4ME and one under MS4ME.com and they obviously both have their own ratings scores that are quite different."

"First order in October 2005....Good experience. Good price on 1GB (2 sticks x 512MB) dual channel PC3200 DDR. Confusing on memory heatsinks offered as an addon, one set for dual channel should be heat sinks for both sticks, but it's not. Ordered two sets of 1GB Samsung brand. Shipped ground USPS, got it within a few days. Works great. Passes diagnostics. No complaints. I'd order memory from them again.

Second order May 2006....I ordered 2 512MB SD memory cards for less than half the cost of local retail. Recieved delivery of only 1 card 3 days later. I called immediately, talked to a real person right away and he apologized and promised to ship the second card the next day. Three days later I got the package. Stupid mistake, but good customer service."
