"Ordered a controller on October 25 with a Groupon coupon. When the product hadn't shipped by early December, I requested status. They said it would ship within a week. I twice responded to cancel the order, then contacted Groupon in early February. The company then said they would ship the product, which they did even though I told them I did not want it any more.
The product did not work.
Their customer service numbers do not work."
