"I am still waiting for my bluetooth part. According to their USPS confirmation (which they are standing by) it was delivered to some place in California. I live in Oregon. My bill to and ship to were the same - in Oregon. They don't answer the phone. They answered my email once. Told me there was no reason why it should go to Oregon. If they fix it I will fix this."

"I ordered a blackberry holster from this company on February 10, 2010. I checked the website often for the order status which always said "in process". On February 25th, more than 2 weeks after placing my order, I emailed the company to find out why my order as still "in process". I received no response, so I send a second e-mail. Again, I received no response so I called the company which I had to do while at work. A very rude woman answered the phone and told me the item I had orderd was on back order and would be in later that week and I would receive it by the end of that week. I asked why I had not been told my item was back ordered and she said she had replied to my e-mail to tell me that it was. First of all, I should have been notified my item was backordered without having to ask and secondly, I nevered received any responses to my e-mails ever. Well, I contined to monitor the status of my order on the website for another week and it continuted to be "in process" so I called again. This time I was told the item had been discontinued and I would not be receiving the item at all! No one notified me of this either, I had to call to find out! This companies customer service is horrible. When you call the people on the phone act like they couldn't care less about your order or your time. I will never do business with them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone."

"The item I purchased came with a faulty power supply. It was not even the proper manufacturer’s supply cord. I want to return the item but I will first need a RMA# from their company. I have been calling for 2 days. There is no answer and no voice messaging system. Even if I do get the RMA#, it appears that I will only be reimbursed for the unit, not the shipping price. That means I am paying for the original shipping and the cost to ship it back to them. Not much, but still like taking $16 out of my wallet and setting it on fire."

"I purchased a Plantronics 655 headset from MSGDigital. When the order arrived, the package was for a Blackberry brand headset. After speaking with a customer rep, they explained that the headset is actually made by Plantronics but branded with a different name (Blackberry). When I asked for a Plantronics branded headset, they said they only have the rebranded ones, some say T-Mobile, some say Blackberry, etc. He explained that while its listed as "Plantronics 655 Headset", they don't actually sell that. I believe the headset may have been made by Plantronics with a different sticker and box, but the warranty and reputation of the selling company was different. MSGDigital offered to refund my purchase, but would not pay for return shipping. MSGDigital wasted my time and money because they simply didn't deliver what they sell."

"Good prices, good customer service. I ordered a plantronics 665 headset with next day shipping, they shipped the same day and I had it the very next day. The headset was defective, so they promptly shipped me another before I even sent them the defective unit back. I had to pay for shipping on the replacement, but that was because I had them overnight the replacement as well. No problems with the second headset. Thanks, guys!"
