The first sign of trouble,
My purchase was an IBM hard drive, it came inside of its hermetically sealed bag still sealed, good, but it had been wrapped in an insufficient amount of bubble wrap, which allowed it to move substantially in the box that it was shipped in. There was no visible damage, but the question was already in my mind...
To get to the point, the drive was DOA, the bios never saw it.
(FYI: I always us a wrist strap when installing/uninstalling components.)
Was the problem caused do to a bad packaging job, there is no way to say for sure, but it is a viable possibility."

"I should have came here first, and saved myself some time. I ordered XP Home OS, not the media, just a CD-Key ...at 5:18 am on Wednesday the 18th. I payed $17 extra to have it sent via 2-day air, so I could get it on Friday the 20th. Order has been pending for 2 days, and after trying for several hours to reach someone to find out WTF? I finally get in touch with someone who says it will "ship today", and my Credit Card has been charged, and I do not have a warm and fuzzy feeling about it. "I placed an order for a stick of OCZ memory early on the 10th of December. My order was not shipped until the 16th even though the item was confirmed in stock.
I tried to cancel this order over the last 3 days but I couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone, no replies to my email, and no one ever returned my call as asked.

"I wouldn't bother with these folks, their business/service seems to have gone downhill and gone downhill fast. They have cheap AMD CPUs which is about their only positive and sometimes they ship quickly, sometimes they don't. They usually don't like to tell you when something isn't in stock, which I've had this problem twice now. So it is time to move on to a different company. "
"I ordered an XP Pro license on November 2nd and after looking at order tracking for a week and a half, it still said order pending. I called them and they said it would be shipping out that night and an order tracking number would be available. That was on a Friday. That night, still no tracking number. I called them the following Tuesday and they told me my expiration date on my credit card was incorrect. Apparently I hadn't changed it from their default setting when I entered my info. Ok, why didn't he website alert me to that? Why didn't they call or email me about it?
So they got the correct info, and then told me it was out of stock. Thing is their website said it was in stock. In fact it always says it's in stock. So lucky for me it shipped within 2 days, but they left out a number in the tracking number. My feeling is we both made our mistakes on this transaction, but both could have been easily avoided. Also, a friend of mine tried to buy a license from them and after 4 days, they said it was on back order. Again, at no time did their website say it was out of stock.

"I placed an order for an Asus A7N8V mobo, 2-256 Corsair XMS PC3200, and an Athlon 2100+ on the morning of 15 November. All items showed in stock on the website (I would have moved on otherwise.) After several days of "pending" on my order status page, I called and was told the motherboard was out of stock but due in that day (Wednesday, 20 Nov) or the following day. On Friday, 22 November, I called again and was assured that my order would be shipped that day. It is now Saturday, 23 November, and my order is still pending.
I was never notified that my item was out of stock and that my order would be delayed, a basic courtesy that I would expect from any reputable merchant. The website did not accurately reflect the status of their inventory. My telephone conversations have led to "promises made, promises broken." This is some of the worst customer service I have yet encountered on the internet. NOT RECOMMENDED. Pay the few extra bucks and shop Newegg.com.
UPDATE: I called AND emailed to cancel my order on Monday, 25 November. Much to my surprise and disgust, my order was shipped on Wednesday, 27 November. Now I have to refuse it and wait God knows how long for a credit card refund (minus a restocking fee for THEIR screw-ups, I'm sure.) I'll update when it's resolved."

"Order a Pentium 4 CPU on 11/12/2002, but still have not received a tracking # right now (11/19/2002). Very bad service. Called several times and I was told the packaged was sent, then said it would be sent the same day. The same trick again and again. Be aware!! Do not buy from them!!

"I had been looking for the MS natural keyboard pro on pricewatch and noticed that this company was selling at a good price. Read some reviews of the online merchant and saw that 2 others had bought the same keyboard from them without any problems. I thought I would try them out, too. I ordered on Nov.8 Friday and received and email confirmation later that night. On Monday I check the website and it still said "pending" on my order and that is when I started to worry a little. Tuesday I check and finally it shows up as "processing" and I get a FedEx tracking # to go along with it. Totally forgot that Monday was a holiday and is the reason for no activity on my order. Tuesday I check FedEx and it says it will arrive on Wenesday. That day comes and it arrives around noon and everything is packed nicely."

anyways, i ordered a 9700 pro, got it in 8 days later, and it was a 9000 pro. i called them and they told me to mail it back. at my expense!! i told them no and the guy told me that a fedex guy would pick it up that day, they never came, i called back to ask for over night shipping since they made the mistake and the guy finally caved in and said yes, this was on a friday morning, he told me that i would get it today (monday). i called to get a tracking number and he told me he never shipped it and that he would today and i would get it tomorrow. (we shall see!!) this place is highly disorganized and unprofessional. i will never recommend this place to anyone
