"I opened a new office and needed an 0KI 320 (Their website specifically lists this printer in their inventory as refurbished with warranty)
Larry of MTIPC did not have any OKI 320 and talked me into purchasing an OKI 420, bottom line the OKI 420 was not (and still not) compatible.
I had to order a brand new printer from Walmart at cost of over $350.00
When I asked MTIPC to make good on this and swap my printer, they fed me a line to get me off the phone.
Now I post this receipt on my wall to remember internet rip-offs and DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

"I ordered and Paid for an OkiData 320 Turbo printer from the
company April 18, 2013 over the internet and about a week later received the printer however the printer was not operational as the lever to feed the paper was broke. I called them on his an I was told another printer would be sent out to me. I called them on Tuesday, April 30th and was told it was shipped out that day and gave me a UPS tracking number which was not a valid tracking # according to UPS. I could find not reviews for this company and I am starting to feel like they are trying to rip me off.
