"MTO Battery repaired my Profoto B4 battery packs. These are very expensive batteries and are discontinued so I didn't want to trust them with just anyone. I sent four of these batteries off for rebuilding and had them back in approximately two weeks time. I am a tinkerer so I must admit I opened one of them up to see what their work looked like. I have to say the craftsmanship was very professional. I have been using these batteries a few times each week over the past six months and the performance has been great. They seem to operate just like they are brand new again. I am quite happy with the experience with MTO Battery. I now can keep my Profoto equipment in service for many years to come. I am grateful to the team at MTO for everything."
"I can start by saying that timeliness, professionalism, and value added were five stars, but this review goes further than that! Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction goes beyond a five stat rating! As it turned out, I did need my battery pack rebuilt, but also the survey instrument that it powered needed tweaking, the customer service representative (also the company owner) gave me coaching on possible ways to resolve the issue. Going the EXTRA MILE and MORE!!

"I sent in two Ego 2.5 hour batteries to be rebuilt. The cost to rebuild is a little more than 1/2 of what a new OEM battery cost to purchase. The rebuilds last less than 1/2 the time of a new fully charged OEM so I will not be sending in any more batteries just does not seem worth it. Guess you get what you pay for. "
"I sent my discontinued battery in to be rebuilt. It got lost and all they refunded me was the amount I paid to have the battery rebuilt. Now I am without the battery and it cannot be replaced. They told me I should take it up with the postmaster. I now have a nail gun that is completely worthless. I would be hesitant to send in anything that you cannot currently purchase."

"I sent my 2 18V Milwaukee batteries in to be rebuilt by MTO on the amount of satisfied customers comments. Add me to the list of happy customers. My batteries came back quickly and after charging them I noticed the power that was never there before in my drill. I helped a friend on their deck and decided to use my Milwaukee to see how it would stand up. Everyone who used it mentioned the power that it had now. After 5 hours I took it home and recharged the battery even though it still was going like new. It only charged for 1/2 hour before the charger went to standby. At the rate of charge this battery has I might have only needed to get 1 rebuilt since I will wear out before the battery goes weak.
Rebuild price was very reasonable. Shipping costs back and forth were about $32.00 for 2 batteries but it would have cost me a lot more for 2 Milwaukee batteries and the MTO rebuild seems to be much more powerful than the originals.
In summary, Great prices, fast service and a really powerful battery. Believe the customer ratings, they're right on."
"I found MTO Battery Rebuilders on a wood working web site and decided to try them out with a tool battery on its last charge and sent it off to be rebuilt. I had the battery back from MTO before I had to pull my backup battery off the tool and recharge it.
A few weeks later my wife’s 4 year old laptop battery died and I contacted “Dell-India” for a replacement. I was told that the battery was discontinued, but they had a “refurbished battery” for $300 to replace my original $129 Dell battery. I email MTO to see if they were able to rebuild the battery. They confirmed that they could and with a phone call I set up payment and had an invoice, all I had to do was send the battery. Few days after I sent the battery, I received a call from MTO stating that while testing the rebuilt battery they discovered that a circuit board was causing a slow discharge. MTO would not return my battery because of the circuit board but instead they had ordered a new battery as a replacement and would forward the replacement as soon as they received it.
Their rebuild prices are more than reasonable and after adding shipping charges the prices are still a fraction of the original cost of the battery.
The turnaround time is fast.
The service is top notch.
And after the Dell experience of “Customer Service” it was a breath of fresh air dealing with MTO and I will be using them again with no hesitation.
The best advertising is word of mouth and I will be spreading the word about MTO's great service.

"I found this company on Segwaychat.com. There are a few people in the business of Segway’s around there, but Jason popped up and I took him up on his deal... I sent my batteries to him (they retail for WELL over $1,000 and to be honest, i was pretty nervous about sending that kind of property out. Especially if I lost them I would not be able to ride my Seg ever.
Jason had them back to me within 10 days and they worked better than when I first bought the Segway. It was well worth the time, investment, and effort to deal with Jason. Professionalism like that is just not that common in today’s world of repair/retail.
I have no doubt that if a person takes the time to deal with Jason, they will be satisfied also.
And no, I am not a friend or family member. I just sincerely believe that if you find a good thing, make sure that it sticks around to help you the next time, and I just sent in some drill batteries to get re-conditioned.

"I was very pleased with the quick service on the rebuild of my two Milwaukee 18V batteries.
Right after I had these two batteries rebuilt, Milwaukee had a recall on the batteries. (I still had two more batteries that I was able to send to Milwaukee.) Bad timing on my part, but the rebuilt ones are better than the new ones that Milwaukee gave me.
