"Horrible Customer Service - Don't Order from Them Ever
I ordered these rollers two weeks ago and have been trying to contact the company every day to find out where they are. I have tried calling all of the phone numbers listed, e-mailing and even chat to no avail. I once got someone on chat who said they were going to "escalate" my request, but that was a week ago and I never heard back. All I needed was my tracking number so I could coordinate the appointments on our books to use this product. At this point I believe they fraudulently took our money without shipping the product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! We have ordered from them previously, but the needles bent very easily too."

"recently I purchased mts derma Roller packages from mtsroller.com. Wow the dermaroller is an absolute miracle it actually is inducing collagen and smoothing out the hundreds of rolling scars I got from teenage acne. I can barely see them now *fingers crossed* it'll make them disappear. It's a bit painful but definitely worth it if you're also trying to get rid of deep scars. I brought a 1.5mm and 0.5mm dermaroller very cheap on ebay. I figured if it didn't work I was only out $13. Yes it was made in china but so is the iphone and every apple product out there. In my case both my dermarollers were shrink wrapped, extremely sharp micro needles, and sealed in their plastic cases. I applied the collagen essences afterwards and..YES! I'm seeing great results.
