"Ordered two jerseys. Received no shipping confirmation. I emailed and the response said one of my items was out of stock. When I requested that the in stock jersey be shipped now I received an email that now said both were out of stock. I asked why this wasn't listed on the website and the excuse was that it was in China. When I asked them to do something for me to make up for all of this I was given the option of canceling my order. I work in sales and, when errors are made, you do something for the customer to ensure that they continue to be a customer. They refused to do anything. Very disappointing, especially after reading about the great customer service they supposedly have.

An update, I received an email from "Dart" last night. In it he first said they would ship my order within 24 hours and then said that since I posted a bad rating they were going to hold my order. This morning the canceled it, even after I said I would change this if they tried to take care of a customer that was lied too. Apparently they think this is a good business practice. Don't buy from this crooked outfit.

Another update: My order was "accidentally" shipped before my money was refunded. Simply a convenient way for Dart to ship the order out without doing anything for a customer who has been lied to. Oh, and the order was shipped on 6/26 even though I had been told the items were out of stock until 6/29. More lies. Dart and Mupi have a serious lack of ethics."

"Just got the Team Discovery Jersey from MPUI. Quality is excellent and looks amazing. Ship time to Western Canada was about 2 weeks, earlier than they had speculated. Price was outstanding. I will be ordering a lot more from this company in the near future. I fit well in a Medium size shirt in Canada and stand 6'2".
