"I ordered what I though was a step rail set. It turns out it was one step rail. In order to return the step rail I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee. So I went ahead and ordered the second rail. Given that truck step rails are almost always sold as a set I feel the website and dealer should go out of their way to communicate this is not a set. Had I understood that I never would have placed my initial order."
