"So for our boy likes it a lot. He enjoys going to school there, learning and making friends."
"I am here to warn parents: Do not send your baby to Atascocita Montessori. They are a fraudulent company with horrible customer service. I was PERFECTLY happy with Primrose, but I heard that Montessori schools were the top of the line so I couldn't wait until my son was old enough to go. I was not pleased with this center since DAY ONE. My son went to the center for ONE WEEK in April, yet in JULY I am still dealing with not only receiving a refund from them, but continuous drafts from my account. On the very first day my son was dropped off at the center with a small insect bite on his ear. I thought if the bump increased in size they would call me.. WRONG. When I picked up my son his ear had swelled so much that I had to immediately take him to an urgent care center. Why wasn't I called?? I have no idea!!!! Despite this red flag I decided to give them another chance. It took days for the center director Kathrina to set me up with the app that they use so I could get notes from my son's teacher. I was told that she was "busy" and she would help me when she could. Crazy right? My son's teacher had to handwrite notes, so she continue to ask me to sign up for the app, but it was out of my control. When I was finally signed into the app, I received no apology.... Next I was told that potty training was a big thing in his class and that he would be potty trained, yet when my son was sent in underwear, (which is what the teacher requested I do), he was sent back in pull ups. The straw that broke the camels back was the day that I walked in and they were watching TV. I was furious! At 18 months television is not recommended. This is something I could've called and reported to the state. When I informed them that my son should not watch television and that they could get dinged by the state, they shrugged me off and told me that it was ok and that they always watch television when it was raining. I immediately pulled my son out of the program. I was told that I would be issued a refund. Here I am 3 months later with nothing. I just checked the account and realized that they were also still drafting funds from my account. I don't know of any business that still takes money out of your account once you cancel the services. I was also told that they sent a check to me, but it was returned (tqhey never called to say that it was returned or to verify the correct address before resending the check) I was also told that they did not have a tracking number on the check that was sent. Who sends a 2k in the mail without a tracking number?!?!? I could go on and on about my experience when I called corporate. To say the least my experience at Atascocita Montessori has been an unpleasant one. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. "
"The school personnel are so nice and seems to be very caring. There a many ways that this school could be brought up to date with the proper leadership. They do seem a bit unorganized at times and the attention to detail is lacking."
"Everything has really seemed to go well so far, no complaints about things"
"Excellent experience specially love her teacher Ms Dilia Watts...excellent teacher in every aspect helping the kids to gain independence through love and discipline. Her passion for teaching is evident in every interaction I have had with her and my kid absolutely love her"
"We chose this school because of the staff and teachers in the Pine room. Everyone has been kind and caring and very encouraging as my son transitioned into care outside of our home"
"We really love Atascocita Montessori. The staff are warm and nurturing and truly care about students. Students are given time to play outside and be kids, but are also learning how to interact with each other. The literacy curriculum is amazing."
"Great program for social development, early childhood education, and preparedness for kindergarten."
"We love it all. Our little guy has advanced in so many ways since starting here. And I love that he gets to do that by learning and mastering things at his pace."
"The overall experience has been good with the school."
"The director has been receptive to my concerns and finding a resolution. The teacher has been accommodating to help transition my child from daycare to Montessori. Also, the teacher has been diligent in making my child feel welcome during drop off. We have noticed a change in our child with the new curriculum and the desire to be more independent and vocal with needs."
"Doesn't seem very organized admin wise, and not as clean as it could be"
"The staff and amazing and friendly. The teachers are great and really concerned about childrens needs. If you ever raise a slightest concern about anything, the staff including teachers will do whatever it to take care of your problems. We've never had any issues. We see seldom confidence and development in our child. We made a great decision to enrol our child in this school. We will be using this school for future."
"I had no issues with the teachers. They went above and beyond making my child feel loved and welcomed in the classroom and kept in excellent communication with me."
"Miss April is amazing. She’s professional, kind, calm, and nurturing. I’m amazed at what my daughter has learned and hate the thought of having to go to another school for 1st grade. Really wish we had an option to stay for elementary school."
