"great infant 1 program with Miss Annie and Miss Devon! They are both very engaged and engaging of myself, my spouse, and my child.Overall, the staff is very nice. they are very loving towards my son, and he has a great time at school, which i like to see. He always wants to bring me in to keep playing when I come to pick him up.I would like some more pointed feedback from the staff regarding specific things that my son does or learns during the day so that my wife and I can reinforce these learnings in the evening or on the weekends."
"I like this school in general. Two infant classes are very good. Teachers really care for the kids and seems to love what they do. Not to happy with the current class. Seems that a lot of teachers only in that group temporarily, no consistency. Classroom is pretty often in a dirty condition. First two days found my child playing in the bathroom and no one was there with him. Never get updates on what they have done that day/week or learn if anything."

"Was here for a year and a half. The infant program was wonderful. Getting to the toddler program was dreadful. High ratios in class and teachers playing the blame game and not watching children properly. There are insect issues and theft issues outside of the building which makes it unsafe. The director isn’t sincere and is fake. Sorry I enrolled my child here but getting them out of here was a blessing in disguise. Even the teachers don’t agree with the director. Building is too small and old. Needs renovations. Steer clear of this Montessori program if that’s what they are claiming it to be which it is not."

"In general, we love our child's teachers (the ones who have been here long term). It just seems that the 'business process/management process' side of the business could use some streamlining. It doesn't seem to a well run business. Ex: we were overcharged on numerous occasions and had to keep reaching out until someone corrected the charges. We have a corporate discount which also dropped for months. Add more classroom activities other than toys, bubbles and books (water table, sand table, etc). And if they do other activities, I would like for the daily sheet to reflect accurately what they did (so that we can support it at home). Currently it feels more like a daycare with a lower teacher/student ratio. I do love that they take the kids outside for daycare- we just never hear of the outdoor activities they do because its not on the sheet. Although they do have the younger kids just play in a square grass lot surrounded by a metal wire fence. When I picked him up during recess there were no toys with the kids they were just wandering in the grass lot. I've asked management numerous times for some sort of general lesson plan/objectives to know what we as parents can expect our kids to learn in their respective classroom. I know that each child grows at their own rate and will show you when they are ready for certain tasks, however when he moved classes, no one could really tell me what my child would be learning. Lastly, email communication has been inconsistent. Sometimes we receive emails about an NTMS child who has a new sibling with a photo of the new sibling...but not for every sibling that is born. Most of the time the emails are regarding the director being offsite."

"When we first came to the school it was WONDERFUL. The staff and director were caring and welcoming. The director had experience with childcare and the staff was engaged and satisfied. A new director started and that person was not warm. Most of that good staff left and we find it hard to recommend, or be happy with the school currently."
"The director is not very pleasant to work with. She has been saying one thing to your face but the truth is something else. Ever since she stepped in, the school has had the highest teacher turnover. I did not feel comfortable knowing that certified teachers are leaving and being replaced by non-certified teachers. Many of children's friends parents are feeling the same way about the director (Elizabeth). She is not what we expected. We wanted to continue our years with NTMS, but it is very sad to say that we had to find other means. The teachers that stayed were wonderful but they had their own story to share about the director. One example with a recent experience with the director was that my child got hurt playing outside (which was the childs fault) but she was in the class when I came to pick up my child, not once did she come up to me to say sorry or how my child got hurt. She picks and choses what she wants to say regarding sickness and injuries. Some of my co-workers who have used NTMS had warned me about the new director but I still wanted to give the school a benefit of doubt but sadly we were disappointed. I would definitely not recommend this school to others and have shared my opinion to other parents. In fact, many are leaving and have found other facilities."
