"It took longer than anticipated to receive my order. I had to make several calls after 7 days with no movement on my order to get it moving.
When I finally received my order yesterday ( Fender Splash Shield 5NA805911AD and separate order for Fender Hardware Kit 5NA898625) it was missing the Fender hardware kit which I paid for.
Trying to get in touch with them so far has been very frustratin, as I keep getting voice mail which directs me to email which I have sent and am waiting for a reply.

"When I spoke originally with one of your parts people, I understood that the ordered parts were in stock, and that the order should ship within one or two days. I ignored your disclaimer of 10 days to 2 weeks. When I had still not heard one word from you after a solid week, I began to worry..... You did NOT answer the phone, and the reply time on the email was relatively quick but the delivery time most certainly was NOT. I had to tie up a part of my shop for two weeks waiting for delivery- which by the way was NOT on Wednesday 7-17 but sometime yesterday 7-18. We HAVE a good relationship with our UPS guy, and when he stops when we are away from the shop, by pre-arrangment, he leaves packages either with our neighbor or in a drop spot. THIS morning I found the parts.... So most of my worry is done now. I now KNOW that I cannot rely on you for quick service."
